These at home face masks are perfect for slumber parties, bonding with your tween or teen, or just enjoying 10 minutes of self-care once a week.

Oatmeal Honey Face Mask:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of quick oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the oatmeal, honey, and yogurt until you have a thick paste.
- Optional Additions: You can customize your mask by adding other ingredients like mashed avocado for extra hydration, a squeeze of lemon juice for brightening, or a few drops of essential oils like lavender or tea tree for added benefits.
- Apply the Mask: Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the mask to your face, avoiding the delicate eye area.
- Relax: Once the mask is applied, relax and let it sit on your face for 10 minutes. This gives the ingredients time to work their magic.
- Rinse Off: Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water. Gently massage your skin as you rinse to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells.
- Moisturize: Pat your face dry with a clean towel and follow up with your favorite moisturizer to lock in hydration.
This oatmeal honey face mask is great for all skin types, especially sensitive or dry skin, thanks to the soothing properties of oatmeal and the moisturizing benefits of honey and yogurt.

Avocado and Yogurt Face Mask:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the Avocado: Use a fork to mash the avocado until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add Yogurt: Add the plain yogurt to the mashed avocado and mix well until you have a smooth, consistent mixture.
- Apply the Mask: Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the mask to your clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area.
- Relax: Once the mask is applied, relax and let it sit on your face for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon yogurt or milk
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the turmeric powder, honey, and yogurt or milk until you have a smooth paste.
- Optional Additions: You can customize your mask by adding a few drops of lemon juice for brightening or a tiny pinch of cinnamon for its antibacterial properties.
- Apply the Mask: Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the mask to your clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area.
- Relax: Once the mask is applied, relax and let it sit on your face for 10 minutes. Turmeric has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Rinse Off: Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water. Be careful, as turmeric can stain fabric, so use an old towel or washcloth.
- Moisturize: Pat your face dry with a clean towel and follow up with your favorite moisturizer to lock in hydration. You may notice a slight yellowish tint to your skin after rinsing off the mask, but it will fade.
